Shipping & Tracking
We use Australia Post.
Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to be dispatched and additional time during sales. Orders placed on the weekends will be sent out Monday’s and Tuesdays.
eParcel Post Option – Australia:
Delivery time is approximately 5-10 business days (we can’t be held liable if there is delays within Australia Post, Covid affected areas, flood or fire affected zones) with a signature on delivery mandatory unless you otherwise state in the comments section on your order. Should you request an Authority to Leave, it will be at the customers risk.
NOTE: If you’re items go missing from the letter box or your house Voodoo Body Jewellery & Acc will not be held accountable.
If you are not home at the time of delivery you will be carded and required to pick up from your local Post office if no one home.
This means Australia Post will put a card in your letterbox for you to present at the nearest Australia Post indicated on the card.
You will also need to take some ID with your matching address on it.
Australia Post will hold onto your parcel for 10 working days then if your item is ‘Unclaimed’ they will send the goods back to Voodoo Body Jewellery & Acc as a ‘Return to Sender’.
We will then notify you of this to arrange another delivery.
If this happens this will incur a re-delivery fee payable by the customer.
Please allow 10 business days for your eParcel delivery before you ‘Contact Us’.
eParcel Express Post Option – Australia:
Express Post is the quickest option taking approx 2-3 business days with a tracking number depending what state you are in with a signature on delivery mandatory. If you require an Authority to Leave, please see above information.
