We ask that you please choose your products carefully!
For health and safety reasons we DO NOT accept returns on body jewellery if you choose the wrong item or incorrect size.
Although if you happen to receive any damaged items or have a breakage on any piece of jewellery due to manufacturing faults please tell us.
Contact us within 28 days of purchase as we offer a 28 day replacement guarantee.
After this time we will not cover for wear and tear or breakages so please do not ask as refusal may offend.
This policy excludes the ‘50% Off Discontinued Items’ category. There is no warranty on discounted items unless damaged in transit.

PLEASE NOTE: Our body jewellery has NOT been sterilised however is supplied in new and in factory condition.
